2. PRICING
Prices shown on the site are correct at time of publishing and may be subject to fluctuation without prior notice. All Jewelry is currently priced in USA Dollar and Euro but we welcome orders from any country in the world and your purchase will be processed in your local currency.

3. STOCK
Most jewelry shown on our site is ex-stock and will be delivered without delay, subject to availability. Normal delivery time please allow 10 to 14 days. For Wedding Bands please allow 14-21 days delivery time.

4. REFUND POLICY
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund the price paid for that item less delivery charge (which may be wavered in special circumstances). Jewelry being returned must be in original condition and RETURNED TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt. Personalised or special order jewelry (e.g. engraved goods or outsize) are non-refundable. Wedding bands are MADE TO ORDER and are NON - REFUNDABLE. As a matter of hygiene we cannot exchange or refund any ear rings purchased on the web site. We apologise for this inconvenience.

5. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipping will be via Fed-Ex door-to-door service (except republic if Ireland, via Post).
