We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payments by wire transfer or cheque,

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our site uses the Realex payment system, which uses a secure server that implements secure socket layer (SSL)
technology in their on-line ordering process to protect your payment card information.
How do you ship your product?
All shipping will be via Fed-Ex door-to-door service (except republic if
Ireland, via Post). Most jewelry shown on our site is ex-stock and will be
delivered without delay.
Normal delivery time please allow 7 days. For Wedding Bands please allow
14-21 days delivery time. If you have any special delivery requirements,
please email patricia@celticonlinejewelry.com
What is your return policy?
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund the price paid for that item less
shipping cost. Goods being returned must be in original condition. Any personalised or special order
goods (e.g engraved goods or outsizes) are non-refundable. As a matter of Hygiene we cannot exchange
or refund any Earrings purchased on the site, apologies for this inconvenience.
How do I know if you received my order?
All customers will receive a confirmation E-mail once they have processed there order. Each
confirmation will include an order ID which should be used during all correspondence. If you
do not receive a confirmation please contact sales@celticonlinejewelry.com
Free Delivery?
We are pleased to offer Free Fedex delivery worldwide on selected jewelry
items. Initally a Fedex charge will automatically be added to your purchase
price.We will however refund without delay to your credit card the Fedex
amount added for this purchase.
